De “Nederland" vindt plaats in Den Haag en richt zich op een overstromingsscenario dat invloed heeft op de veiligheidsregio Haaglanden en ca. 500 000 mensen. Het belangrijkste doel van de Trial was het vinden en testen van oplossingen voor het plannen van hulpbronnen, het uitwisselen van crisisgerelateerde informatie en het plannen en beheren van grootschalige evacuatie van bevolking in stedelijke gebieden. De Trial is georganiseerd als een table-top op basis van een gesimuleerde omgeving.

The objective is to improve the capability to plan and coordinate resources for response during large scale and long-term . Aimed at police for logistical reasons.

The objective is to improve the ability to exchange -related information among all organizations that might have a role or that might be affected during a crisis, which is currently sub-optimal in the Netherlands due to non-technical reasons.
Trial objective 3
The objective is to improve the planning and management of large-scale evacuation of population in urban areas.

Vandaag wordt de dienst door AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH, ten behoeve van de Europese crisisbeheersing beheerd .
