Motivation
In order to have a complete understanding of the way that the exercise manages to create an environment in which the participants reach their training objectives, it is necessary to gather their feedback.
Potential Solutions
The checklists / templates should represent a short evaluation of the exercise from the point of view of the participant and are essential for the development and improvement of future exercises.
The checklists / templates should be handed out at the beginning of the exercise so that the participants can log their feedback as they go through the different stages of the exercise, not at the end as they will likely be less motivated at that point.
